Poll: Need some Game suggestions

I just realized that the only threads I make are only about me asking which game I should buy that come out in a short period of time. Look, I just some input from others to help steer my buying decision. So, yeah, these are some games that have piqued my interest but all come out early April. I need help deciding since I only have enough money to buy one of them. I put whatever special edition in the poll just for shits and giggles (this is all for the 360).

Please dear GOD don't waste money on collectors editions, especially on new IP you might not even like. Anyhow, neither games have came out yet so nobody can give you any unbiased answer on which will be better. Also, pre-ordering is for suckers, look at Aliens. Wait for some reviews and player feedback then buy.

And BTW, for Ninja Gaiden 3, apparently the game was awful so I guess steer clear.
