Poll: Need technical help

So I got my hands on my old Sonic CD. But unsurprisingly, it doesn't work with Windows 7 Premium. I know someone made a download somewhere that'll help, but I don't what to go to the wrong site and download so virus.

So can someone with Windows 7 or Vista help me out.

EDIT: I got the chance to ask someone I know about it and they said it couldn't be done.

Look at the system requirements for it. It may only work on just one operating system.
