Me too, but I see this as less of a change of difficulty, and more of a change of gameplay. There was a mod that did this in Fallout 3. You needed to monitor thirst and hunger. You also couldn't just take twenty stimpaks mid battle, as healing quickly dehydrated the character.Simalacrum said:edit: just read the article, looks cool!
