So how long do y'all think we have until PS4, XBox 720, and Nintendo GameOctagon come out? My guess is 2 years. Also what do you think they will be called?

Indeed, new xbox in 2015, but we all know the new xbox will be a casual platform akin to the wii. Fusion II APU powering it? Why thanks microsoft, way to use integrated graphics a netbook can use for £250 in 2012/3.
The ps4 should be out in 2 years and looks like it'll still try to stay relevant in an age where gaming tech can't fit into a console (ever seen a hd5870 or gtx580? they aren't getting in a console sized box any time soon, and by the time they can cards 4 times more powerful will be around for £150) by becoming modular with hardware updates every so often (lots of sony patents along those lines).
Essentially, console gaming is teetering on the edge of the unknown. there are only two directions for consoles to go now: become like the wii and embrace the casual entirely or make the last step to becoming a PC by using hardware upgrades to keep the size and cost down.

I think it'll be 1-2 years, and it'll either be 3D interface, much more advanced motion controls, and/or virtual kind of stuff.radioactive lemur said:

Xbox HOPEFULLY doesn't call it the 720. Thats pretty gay. I'm hoping for the Xbox to be called something non-number oriented.
PS4 will be PS4 since Playstation is unimaginative and a number works for them.
