Where could you go wrong?

Allot of my youth was spent playing these games.
You could probably go wrong playing star wars pod racer, that game was shoddy at best.

Really? The Movie Trading Company here sells n64 game for around 2-5$ a game. Sometimes 7$ if it was a hit.

Beware the 64 controller....

But it had alot of awesome games. But the controller....
I... Liked the controller actually. Something about that trigger-like grip just nailed it for me.

OP there's a reason there's a video of a kid freaking out over one.

Hey, when I was younger I had the original, bulky Playstation 1. And am looking at getting back into to world of slightly retro gaming.

Think the N64 is worth a go?
No, new normal consoles are much better than retro ones. Retro games are boring.

If you are getting Conker's Bad Fur Day... then yes, but not if you are planning on getting any Legend of Zelda games... just play the newest one and think of it with worse graphics and there you go, same story and everything.

I feel old. Nostalgic gaming for me involves the original Nintendo or the upgraded Super Nintendo (remember when that came out, anybody?). But anyway...N64 was a lot of fun in its day. But part of the appeal of nostalgic gaming is picking up something you used to play (or better yet, couldn't beat) as a kid and reliving those memories. Without the memories, it just feels like playing old games. If you like old games, great. If you're more accustomed to today's realistic graphics and sprawling open worlds, you may be in for some culture shock.
