So for my birthday I got No More Heroes 2, 38 hours later I beat it and had 100% clothing and collection and had beaten all of the bosses in less than 5 minutes in deathmatch mode (except the last one which was 23. I got Margaret and Alice in less than 3 ^_^ and most people are either around 3 or 4 minutes)
And im wondering, should this be the end of No More Heroes?
before you nerdrage at me, let me explain why I think no...
No More Heroes 1 was a gem, a crazy ass game that makes no sense, and we love it.
No more heroes 2 was just as good, if not a little better.
without spoiling anything ill just say this, considering what they had to work with in means of continuity(*giggle*) and how the last game ended and whatnot, Suda51 did EXTREMELY well with the cards they were given.
After reading a few reviews, people were begging for No More Heroes 3.
But where can they go from there?
A place that we all will hate.
see, what Im thinking is that we will expect so much from No More Heroes 3 that it will disappoint and people will lose faith in the franchise altogether.
after 2 it will no longer be unique, but just another game to be lost in the pile.
I want to end it at 2, almost all games start sucking at 3 (most even at 2, and some at 1)
and the only way they could make NMH3 is if they pull the same thing in 2.
I want No More Heroes to be the perfect gem it is now, and not just clay for the future.
