Poll: Original Star Trek vs. TNG

When I was a kid there was a deep rivalry between the "Star wars kids" and the "Star trek kids", I belonged to the first which is why the only option I can go with is number three.

Anyway, there probably didn't need to be three of these threads all made at once (especially when one considers the mods don't like vs threads) and Star Trek has never captured my interest.

Hence I'm going to say the Dune series, because that is better than Starwars (readies shield against inevitable hate).

Use the Edit button, that's exactly what it's there for.

OT: TNG. I've watched both seasons all the way through, and I like TNG in every aspect more than I like Original Star Trek.

i liked DS9 and Voyager more

voyager was bad and ds9 was a bad rip off of babylon 5

as TNG and TOS i'd have to say TNG was better. both are great shows, TOS for the time was brilliant and never seen before but TNG was just really well written and designed. i have this feeling that TNG was what Gene wanted to do with TOS originally but couldn't due to constraints
