Lately I feel like ratings are going down in movies, so it's only a matter of time before games follow suit. You can see a lot more realistic violence in a PG-13 rated movie than in some M-rated games (i.e., Halo 3). Is it just because we're the ones controlling the actions? I agree that the rating system is fine as is. It will probably be altered sometime in the near future, but I think it's fine where it's at right now.
