I try and get the underside of it wet then jiggle it from side to side. It usually comes off with no pain at all.

As fast as I can. Slow hurts more, fast is over quickly. Simple.

Lets just imagine for a second that your about to peel a band-aid off your leg, and you know no matter how fast or slow you remove it that sticky sunuvabitch is gunna cause you a considerable amount of pain. How do you proceed? Slow and Steady Ouchy Marathon or Go For Broke Instant Pain Fest?
Oooo is it's this kind of pain, then slow.
If it's the dying kind: fast!

Slow or fast? Bah! Wimps! REAL men amputate the entire limb!
Amputate? Coward! REAL men climb into the tiger enclosure of their local zoo and they damn well stay there until the plaster, the leg, and possibly the lower half of their body is gone!
Tigers? Pussies! REAL men drop kick chainsaw covered pandas! WHICH ARE ON FIRE!

Fast.

Because on me, that barely hurts at all.
Unless it's in contact with hair.

Then it hurts like hell.
Oh yes, that hurts like hell.
I'd go for the instant Pain-o-Rama, because it'll be over quicker, if there is one thing that is more painful than ripping out hair fast, it's ripping it out slowly.

Call me crazy , but ever since i started working with horses i stopped being afraid of pain.
I even welcomed it , which caused me a lot of damage from those stinking young ones.

Well I personally don't find tape on my leg hair that painful.I once took a length of duct tape, put it on my leg,and then ripped it of extremely slowly. And guess what, hardly any pain.
So it doesn't matter what I do.I always win.

Fast. I don't like pain all that much (strangely), so I take the view that if there's gonna be pain in my future I want it over with as quickly as possible.

Having a high pain tolerance is nifty when it comes to things like bandaids, so...fast-and-quick, for me. Just bloody well get it done instead of piddling around about it.

In the case of band-aids; slow. In other situations I might want to go for the quick option though.
