Well, for all my feelings about The Middle East, I don't really care where games are developed if they are decent. I for example like a lot of games released by the 1C company (Russian) despite localization problems, and honestly I'm not too fond of Russia given current events (Georgia, Poland, etc...). Stay away from the politics and stuff and I usually don't have an issue.
On the other hand that game seems awful beyond all comprehension, I mean I suppose in the early 1990s it would have been passable, but even with the allowances I make for indie developers that just seems horrible... artwork, animation, and what you can see of the gameplay.
For all I know it's actually another Planet Alcatraz (which is a game I like despite the fact that I technically should loathe it, it was even one of my selections in what passed for my 'games of the year' review for 2009), but given that it's an action game rather than an RPG I'm not even willing to support it for that reason.
I wish the Pakistani game developers luck, a lot of foreign game developers have had rough starts, and honestly Europe/Russia/etc... are just now beginning to catch up with the US and Japan. It takes a long time for a nation to seriously enter into the market.
Basically, noble effort, but it's not something I'm going to buy, and I can't see it getting any kind of widespread support. It's best chance of any kind of success (based on that) would be a site like Something Awful panning it so hard that Goons/Channers/etc.. buy it just because it was a horrendous, genuine effort, so they can slice pieces of it off to mock it for years. That's not nice, but it's my thoughts.... a sort of "Plan 9 From Outer Space" of video games type thing.
