Which do of the two breakfast noms do the Escapists prefer? The circular pancake or the boxed waffle?

For me, that would have to be waffles; THEY HAVE SYRUP COMPARTMENTS

Both a great and fantastic and stuff. I would never turn either of them down. However, when waffles are a choice, I will always go waffles. So long as I don't have to clean the waffle iron. Those things are a huge pain in the ass.

But breakfast foods are horribly boring! Even pancakes pale in comparison to a good lunch for breakfast breakfast!

You can keep your deli meats, jam toast, and cereal!

Pancakes all the way. My family always used to have pancakes on Sunday mornings. There used to be a diner we'd stop at when we'd go up to the lake on some weekends that had plate-sized chocolate chip pancakes. I'd always try to stuff down two of them. Nowadays the best hangover remedy is a couple pancakes and eggs, though I usually don't have the drive to make them if I am hungover.

So yea waffles are good, but pancakes take number one.

I don't usually have waffles for breakfast, though. I just don't have the time (also, I want to live past 40). But that doesn't stop them from being the best breakfast food ever.

Except when the hot sauce slips into the syrup on the waffle part, then no one has a good time.

EDIT: That's assuming I eat breakfast since for me breakfast is nothing more than several cups of coffee. However, there's nothing wrong with breakfast for lunch or dinner.
