I have never actually encountered patchouli so i wouldn't know, I would probably like it i'm guessing seeing that I don't really like flowers.

I'm indifferent to it by itself... however, 99% of the time I've had the misfortune to smell it, it's mixed in with unwashed body, bong water and stale felafel.

A bong is like a small hookah pipe, mostly used to smoking marijuana.

Felafel is... well, essentially a vegetarian meatball made with chickpeas (if I remember rightly) instead of meat (duh).

Seriously..? Perfume from a tree? I have never smelled, seen or even heard of something like that and i don't think i've missed out on something if it's as horrible as almost everyone here claims it to be.
