Poll: Phoenix RP idea

I was recently considering making a phoenix RP for all the Avies and phoenix fans out there, but I dont know about it. My GMing skills suck so all I'm planning on doing is setting the scene and making an OP. Should I make the RP and give it to another escapist, or should I avoid the idea altogether?

The RP is about angel like creatures that can turn into humans and phoenixs at will. The problem is their greatest enemy, the sadness core, is trying to swallow up the earth. The only way to defeat it is to bring joy to the world and band everyone together.

In the beginning of time there were two magical stones created. One controlled happiness, and the other sadness. Over time however the sadness grew on Earth and the sadness stone's power began to expand. Soon it was threatening to engulf the Earth in more sadness to the point where everyone went mad.
The only way the creator knew how to control the stones was by using his angels... the Phoenix Team to be more exact.

Spoiler: Phoenix Team

These are a group of people who can switch between phoenixes or other magical birds and humans at will. At the present they have no idea who they are, and are orphans at a strict private school in present-day California, which is funded by a mysterious stranger.
The private school is clean, new, and nice, but still strict. There is a 7:00 wake up time and a 10:00 mandatory bed time. The teachers are not abusive, but they do want work done. There are ten floors to the school counting the dorm floor. That is all.

In order to bring balance to nature and take control of the two stones, you need to bring joy to the world and set out on a quest to end all wars.

The story will begin with the Phoenix Team being brought to "The Kingdom" where they will receive instructions about what they need to do to save Earth's people.
They then have to be taught the rules about being a phoenix, the training of the fire crossbow, and how to help save the world.
