That thing looks like a horrible cross breeding experiment that mixed a raccoon and something from the jersey shore together....

As to Jynx, it's a pokemon.... not a person, not a stereotype, a pixel representation of a video game monster. Saying jynx represents an insulting stereotype is about as much of a reach as saying voltorb/electrode are making some kind of commentary on suicide bombers or other assorted terrorists.... (one of them is red on top and white on the bottom, it's obviously a reference to the Irish!)
