Poll: Poll: Your first GW2 character

With 7 Guild Wars 2 classes revealed, and enough hints that the mesmer, or a class very much like it, will be the last one, everyone can decide. Once Guild Wars 2 (or the Beta) launches, what's going to be the first character you make? What class appeals to you the most?

I think I'll go for a Char engineer myself, though an Asura necromancer and Sylvari thief will likely not be far behind.

I kinda think about the races before the professions.
As far as races I'd like to play: Charr>Asura>Sylvari>Norn>Human
Then, depending on the race I choose for a character I have a few professions I'd try on them.

Charr: Warrior or Engineer
Asura: Thief or Necromancer
Sylvari: Ranger or Thief
Norn: Warrior or Guardian
Human: Elementalist or Guardian

Despite the race first stuff though, I'm planning on going with my ranger first. Always my favorite class type in any game. Ranger in GW, ranger in DnD 4th edition, hunter in WoW when I played, etc.

thief would be it. Dual pistols and swords. What else could you ask for?

I want my current warrior to live on into Guild Wars 2, so my first character will be a human/warrior, but I'm pretty much just going to stick with Charr after that.
