So I am somewhat torn, I am looking to upgrade from my ailing A320 Dingoo and I am not sure what I should choose for an upgrade.

Im looking at the
Pandora

and the

Cannoo.

(sorry, cant figure out VBcode for attaching a link to a word.)

I want to be able to do various things such as pickup on wifi hotspots, Run browsers, run java and the atypical, Music/video/text/photo/ system. I would like to be able to run streaming video such as hulu/youtube/megavideo etc amongst the other common features in these devices.

Im wondering opinions on these two devices. Is it worth it to save up my money and deal with the A320 dingo until its more readily available or should I go ahead and get the cannoo which is cheaper, but might have trouble doing things like streaming video or adequate web browsing due to very microscopic resolution?

Any opinions on how either of these devices actually work or speculation based off their specs?

I'd probably go with the Pandora because the Cannoo looks to be underpowered and the screen res is bad (like really terrible), but really your better off with a netbook or even smartphone.

Of the two, probably the Pandora. Why exactly would you want it when you can find an Android phone for similar money that does similar (and more) things, is another question entirely.

As for a netbook, I have just bought and returned one. The performance was indeed surprising. But it had two problems. It was still entirely too big. What I am looking for needs to be mobile with multiple outputs. The netbook was too much and too cumbersome. its not something I would feel ok to leave hooked to my cars CD player unattended, for example

As for a smartphone I have two aversions to them, First most of them tend to rely entirely too much on touch screen functionallity. That kinda sucks for certain forms of gaming that was not designed with that in mind. Also I have big hands and using a stylus is sort of hindering. Secondly, I do not have a cell phone, nor do I even want one. Seems illogical to buy a phone for the everything BUT what it is designed to be.

My A320 did almost everything I wanted it to do, Music, Movies, games, text, Video output to tv. The only thing I really want to add to that equation is to have some sort of internet access. Wifi is more than sufficient to meet my ends. The pandora will do everything I want, but its more expensive and not exactly readily available. The Cannoo does everything I want, but has lower system specs, which as it relates to wifi and especially its resolution might make it virtually worthless to try to use it in that respect. This is why I am torn.

I do appreciate the feedback, and any more would be equally appreciated.
