I expected something along those lines. It simply wasn't in GlaDOS' nature to be Caroline. In the end, she was an honorable enemy who kept her word... while twisting the knife a couple of times because she didn't like you. The last bit with the Companion Cube was a nice touch that suggested that Caroline hadn't been completely destroyed.TheYellowCellPhone said:GLaDOS's decision was a nice twist, if predictable. But deleting Caroline was a huge thing I didn't expect.
What more is there to know? GLaDOS pulled a final prank, and the turrets have simulated personalities designed to be sickeningly sweet.Lucien Pyrus said:I liked it all.... until the elevator ride. Then it went to shit for me. I hated the ending. Mostly in that it didn't allow for the character of chell to be further developed on. The turret song added more questions then were answered and a good ending should wrap everything up.

Err... How is Chell developed as a character, at all? She's an avatar. She's tenacious, that's literally the only thing we know about her personality. And what questions did the turrets bring up?Lucien Pyrus said:I liked it all.... until the elevator ride. Then it went to shit for me. I hated the ending.
