I'll play on anything and everything so long as it has good games.
My main platform is PC, secondary PS3 (being a big fan of JRPGs) and lastly my Wii for old Nintendo games.
I still use my PS2 alot too and I also have alot of handhelds/Ipad.

PC. Best gaming distributor and manager, good mods, great controls, good customization, being able to buy accessories in more than just gaming stores, multitasking, etc.

Xbox 360 for me. PC might be a close second if I had even a quarter-decent computer.

If I had a really nice computer, I'd say PC. But since I don't, I'm going with my PS3. I like trophy hunting a little, and I've always felt more comfortable with analog sticks.

I'm fine with just about anything honestly. I seem to be good at picking up new control schemes although I suppose once you get used to navigating a 3d space it just gets easier in general. Right now though I've been playing almost entirely on my PC as its just a lot more convinient and also steam. Just steam.

Dirty console scrub, here.
Love me some Xbox. Still, I'm poor as anything so a decent computer is a long way off for me. Trying to save up to replace this laptop, which I got nearly 5 years ago. It has to go.
Mostly because it wont let me use mic!

I prefer PCs because of Steam. It has good sales and doesn't require me going to a store.

I don't know why, but I always seemed to stick with the Playstation consoles, maybe because the PS2 was my first console to date. And I don't even use my PC for games, I use it mostly for studies.

360. Cuz hey I can lounge about upstairs and lag around on Halo. I'm sure my connection didn't suck that much back when it first came out...

Plus XBLA is good, the exclusives are better (mostly) compared to the PS3 ones and I don't need to buy a Kinect since they're realised what a terribad idea the thing was! Wooo

I would say PC since Steam is really good... But I am not paying £450 for a decent PC + monitor. That's at least 50 billion full price games! GTFO!

My shitty laptop can play League of Legends perfectly well and lag free so that's good enough.

And don't you quote a price for a graphics card! It's too expensive and my current PC is so broken it needs replacing not repairing. The monitor is broken as well. So i'll wait until I drop my laptop down the stairs or something...

i have my ps3/ps2 for some exclusives that are awesome, otherwise i stick to my pc 99% of the time, it's just easier, plus steam sales, plus mods, plus using a controller when i want/need to..

just not much point in buying the console generation, unless there are some seriously awesome exclusives.

the horror...so...old!

jk, but yeah it sucks how fast laptops can go out of style, especially if you don't buy it at an optimal point when it comes out.

You'll need to make it sounds like an accident when the insurance person comes around. Hopefully they won't notice the sledgehammer mark through the monitor.

OT: While I primarily play PC at the moment and for the foreseeable future that technically makes me a PC gamer so I'll go with that. Although I will play on anything from a smart phone to my consoles to my PC. Some stuff should only be played on certain things.

Xbox, I wouldn't go very far into "preferred" other then to say "it's what I use mostly".

The whole dashboard interface is awful, the ads on XBL annoy me (why am I getting ads for something I PAY for?). It's made by Microsoft (who I don't like) and has a pretty high failure rate.

But:

It is convenient to have games that "Just Work", no fuss of having to upgrade video cards/RAM or finding that the game can't run on my computer.

And I do love Halo and Gears of War.

I only ever play on PC. I don't have any other use for a TV, so I would have to get that with a console. I far prefer mouse and keyboard when it makes sense for the genre (and occasionally when it doesn't make sense). Also I default to my desk any time I'm home.

Though I hear the toaster version of Torchlight 2 will be pretty good. Looking forward to that.

I don't know about you, but my bathroom switch has seen a lot of usage.

But seriously.
I voted PC, it's what I use because it is, to me, a simpler way of playing. What with the digital distribution and that sort of thing. BEFORE that, I was Xbox all the way.

I'm torn between my PC and PS3.

My PS3 gives me exclusives, a great controller, and simplicity. It's got a lot of great games and pretty sweet graphics.

My PC has some exclusives of its own and better priced games. It could give me better graphics, but my PC sucks.

I'd probably have to side with the PS3 because I've had the most fun with it over the years.

Time Spent Gaming List of No One Cares :D
90% - Desktop PC
5% - iPod Touch - takes some effort, but you CAN find really fun games on iOS.
2% - PSP
1% - PS3
Once in a blue moon - Netbook (but it lags trying to run Dungeons of Dredmor xD)

I prefer the PC's versatility and it just feels more like home. I also appreciate its non-crap framerates. You don't know what you have until you see someone without--I watched my brother playing Mass Effect on his 360 and it dragged along compared how it ran on my PC. I have a gamepad, but most games are better for me on mouse and keyboard. I even feel that Assassin's Creed games play better on mouse and keyboard. Another plus for PC is that I don't have to aim with a freaking joystick. Takes me like 5 seconds to aim the bow in Demon's Souls, I'm really noobish on a gamepad.

I just got the PS3, so that'll probably take some of my PC's share. I got a used, backwards compatible model for a good price. I got Demon's Souls, inFamous 2 and Awesomenauts. So far, I like Awesomenauts the most, followed by Demon's Souls. I just can't like inFamous 2, I'll probably take it back (used from Gamestop, still in their 7 day return window) and get a Star Ocean game maybe.

I was so sad when I learned Guardian Heroes didn't come out on PSN. QQ

I have a PC, PS2, PS3, PSP and a Wii.
I play PC games all day, every day.
I play my PS2 games on the PC, as I don't have an adapter to make it friendly with my monitor.
I only use my PS3 for Dark Souls and Disgaea.
My PSP sees use pretty much every time I have to wait somewhere.
I haven't touched my Wii for over a year. Fucking waste of money.

So... PC.
Oh, and I have an 8-bit Nintendo, a PSX, and a GBA, but don't use those any more.
