Poll: Prince or Planes?

It being January, Gamestop [boo?] is having a deal whereby you trade in a game and get one for 2 euro. Now, I need to get rid of Devil May Cry 4 anyway, and I've had my eye on either H.A.W.X or Prince of Persia [both for Xbox 360]. I won't get to play them until summer, but which is the better choice?
I love arcadey flight-sims, but cel-shaded graphics and free-running also give me the jollies? Advice?

I also made my first poll ever, making this a truly momentous occasion.

I haven't played either but if I had to buy one it would be Prince of Persia.

Never played HAWX, but I hated Prince of Persia.

Mainly out of a deep seated resentment to Ubisoft for fucking up the combat and platforming after they had perfected both with the previous trilogy.

HAWX. i loved that game so much..until my hard drive got formatted..long story short that game saves for your hard drive..not your gamertag like most games so you'd have tpo start all over if you lost the data...not really something to worry about to be honest. i had to do it because my cord unplugged during a save and corrupted the entire hard drive....it was a reg. xbox game too...

anyways, back on the OT, get HAWX. the new PoP kinda sucked to be honest. i couldn't stand it "go here, now go all the way back across the world, then back again, and do that 12 more times and collect tiny orbs for your helper cuz god forbid she can get them herself"

PoP was never ment to be a free roam game..they ruined the series in my opinion. i'm not even going to play PoP2 that comes out this or next year....they upset me greatly. on the upside of this game the graphics are kinda cool i guess..

HAWX never once let me down. other than the...save data thingy..the gravity and drift techniques are very realistic. the handling is actually taken into account for the planes and how they fly. it's very well done.

now in closing. try the Demo of each game if you can. you might love PoP and hate HAWX, or love both or love HAWX and hate PoP. i gave my opinion, the final choice comes down to what you like more....again i say..try the demo's

The POP sequel this year has nothing to do with 08s one, It's going back to the SOT trilogy. Also, there wasn't a demo for POP...?

okay i wasn't aware that they were going back...that makes me all warm and fuzzy inside...also, i thought there was a demo for PoP..can always ask to test it at certain places..or find somebody that has it or rent it....hey there's an idea....rent both of them..see which you like enough to buy!

I voted for Prince of Persia, because although it isn't as good as the PS2 trilogy, it is still a great game. I enjoyed the combat, platforming (although it was a little too easy) and the world itself was fun to explore because it looked great.

Also, I played HAWX and thought it was pretty crap.
