It's evil people like you that are the reason for global warming. You would soak up all that electricity coming straight from nulcear power plants to kill yourself so that you don't have to live in minor discomfort. I'd prefer execution, preferably by firing squad, if they still do that. Get a 20 dollar final meal, then say something awesome as my final words, then boom.
Life in prison just seems like a very long time, and I'd rather not waste it rotting away in a cell when I can just rot away in a coffin.

I'm on the fence on this one, if I can choose the manner of my execution (fully televised with me vs the top 16 hardest murderers all of us armed with nerf bats until one side is exhausted to collapse then a bullet in the back of the brain case) otherwise if I'm put in prison I'll only continue my psychotic career of murder and mayhem, I'd call myself the maestro and carve musical scores into the bodies of the other prisoners

Prison. I want to live, regardless of conditions. Plus, I'll get out on good behaviour, cause I'm such a nice person... In opposite land.
Also, Swedish prison isn't that bad. You get TV, and in many cases a computer.

I'm Canadian, but I'd still go for right out execution if it was that V life in prison. This is under the circumstance I have done an unjustifiable act.
I don't know much about that Texas thing, he said something about three legible eye witnesses, but he could've been drunk for all anyone knows. Not a bad idea though.

Just the title and poll.
I thought this was debating whether life in prison or execution was better for murderers.
But its me not them.
Doesnt matter like. i'd much rather spend time in prison because in the future they might find some new scientific technique to prove i was really innocent.

I'd probably go execution. just to see the look on their faces when I get back up and kill them back
If I'd commited a crime that warranted execution, I wouldn't want to waste other people's money on keeping me alive. Prison's are overflowing enough as it is.

I don't mind being on my own, I like the dark and I don't mind the cold.
Sure, I might go slightly crazier than I already am.
I'm also thinking that it's unlikely that this situation will present itself to me in real life, when it does I'll take the call then, or if prison becomes too much I'll do something really bad and opt for the execution next time.

If I truly felt guilty about what I had done, I would have to say execution. Otherwise, I would go with life in prison, because apparrently those are getting better all the time with gym, cable, and possible educational benefits and become the ruler of my cell block.
