I'm curious how you all think this game will be. I don't know much about it but based on the trailer and the ad I'm forced to watch every 10 minutes I'm hoping the studio burns down before they complete it. I'm basing this off of:

-Terrible voice acting.
-Terrible character models.
-SEGA Dreamcast visuals.
-Generic smartass douchey protagonist.
-Generic story (It looks like they ripped off a forgotten season of 24)
-Generic eastern European sexy blow your head off lady
-Google maps satellite system
-Badass dude walking away from a flaming something
-Blue Sam Fisher goggles with FOUR lights BITCHES

Ok that's it for now. Maybe I'm wrong and it will rock my socks but I doubt it.

I'm really hoping it'll be good, as I've got it pre-ordered. The concept looks really cool, and I'm liking what I've seen so far. I also put graphics low on my priorities, so that doesn't really matter to me.

I've also yet to see the official trailer.

It's the first game Obsidian has made that is their own IP, and they've had all the time they want to develop it. I HAVE to buy it, most especially since I've yet to find a reviewer that I can trust 100% of the time, I owe it to Obsidian as a fan of their previous games (or at least, what I thought they could've been) to get it and see for myself.

I'm HOPING it'll be basically a modern day Mass Effect but... that's a pretty tall order.

Though I think you may turn out wrong (at least on the, it being buggy part), almost certainly not. I look forward to discussing the game with you in our future "small fanboy coven"
