Infamous and Prototype are the ones I've played and I vastly preferred Prototype.
Never in any game before or since, never have I ever encountered a game where you can inflict such asymmetric damage and chaos. You play as one character but it's perfectly within your power to roll across Manhattan and leave nothing behind you but corpses and fire.
Infamous is on a similar line and is much more 'gritty' and all that.
Prototype is pure chaos, an angry God laying waste to all around him. Glorious, simply glorious.
