Say, you are at a party and the girl/boy of your dreams is also there. As the night progresses, everyone, including yourself and the previously mentioned he/she. At the end of the evening, you are all sobered up again, the one is still hammered. He/she stars getting really dependant on you and starts making moves on you. So what would you do in this situation?

EDIT: This is not another ''Is this rape'' thread, this is a ''What would you do''thread.

So a drunk chick whom I fancy is hitting on me?

Eh, I'd let her have some cuddles, just sitting next to each other and flirting a bit, but I wouldn't go further.

I wouldn't be bothered by it if she did something like give me a quick kiss, but if she tried to make out with me or do anything of the sort, I'd have to stop her.

For fuxake, can't we just stick to one rape thread at a time! Do you think if you keep framing this question in different ways you'll get different answers from people?

I would probably go home and make a fried egg sandwich. Nothing tastes quite like a fried egg sandwich after a boozy night.

Write my number down, give it to her and tell her that if she wants to have sex then she can call me when she's capable of standing. If she's the girl of my dreams then I'd rather put a bit of effort in than settle for drunken fumbling. Plus then there's the whole "you took advantage of her" bullshit you'd have to deal with, regardless of whether you call it rape or not. It's just a little weird and not in the good way.

Been there, done that, still in the relationship 10 years later.

I hit it like the fist of an angry god.

There are so many rape and rape-trap threads at the moment they seem to be breaking the forum a little.

I find codependency and extreme inebriation to be major turn offs. Not to mention, there are often mechanical issues with guys who are quite drunk.
