RDR. Because it might be good and it might be bad, but I 've found GTA IV is bad.

See, if it was "believe" instead of "know", I would be alright with your comment. There are many many people (including myself) who think the game is good.
OT: With that said, go with RDR. It's bigger and more varied.

Red Dead... but thats just cause its newer and I've since got bored of GTA IV (both are still good games!)

Also, please try and make sure this doesn't turn into a flame war... simple descriptions like "I know both games are awesome, but..." in the OP can go a long way to keeping the trolls away, believe it or not.

OT: I'd say Red Dead Redemption. I've never played it, but GTA IV I didn't like. Come to think of it, I didn't really like any of the GTAs... *flame shield*
