What do you do when you're enraged? Do you murder the cat? Do you bash your knuckles to bits? Or does nothing happen?

For me it depends on the subject and situation. Valuable object getting broken are enough to piss me off, regardless of who it was. If you combine that with treating me like a dog...You better watch out. I can never stay enraged for long, though.

I tend to just listen to my music to calm down.
or find some cute pictures. that tends to work.

I stop. And I look at whatever's pissing me off If it's a person. I tell them in a very calm voice to shut the fuck up/get the fuck off [something] etc.
I can't explain it, but it's that kind of thing where you can tell that if you don't do what I say, the calmness will be very short-lived.

When I'm on the escapist usually I write out a response but don't post it.

When in class or with friends I show my opinion

I don't usually get angry. In fact it's extremely rare.

Depends on the circumstance but when it does happen I usually just wait until I'm calm again before doing anything stupid.

it's difficult for me to get well and truly pissed off, but if it happens I either start breaking stuff or people, or become silent and deadly, mostly the latter.
