One of my favorite games ever is Rampage world tour. I enjoyed all 147 levels, mainly because repetitive game play didn't bother me when is was 8. With Rampage: Total Destruction I was left horribly disappointed. I still feel like the series has some potential left, but I want to know if any one else even cares. Please post your reason for your vote.

I really liked those titles too and would love to even see a small game installment on Xbox Live Arcade perhaps.

Rampage has already been reincarnated as The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction.

I remember playing one of the Rampages with my mom... ah, the good old days.
Then they had to rape it with crap sequels...

While the Jolly Green Giant is indeed awesome, it's just not the same as being a four story tall lizard eating innocent passerby and tanks alike.

I think Rampage would work well in more of a vein of that one War of the Monsters game. Only make the different monsters more balanced. And a co-op mode!

I personally believe the game started sucking by the time my eyes were BLEEDING because I hadn't blinked in so long, so absorbed I was in the game.

On a lighter note, this might just be me trying to stop myself from doing something self damaging.

Actually, the original wasn't great. It was FUN. No plot really. No real diversified gameplay. It was smash things and eat people.

Now, not that that's bad. But that can only be remade a certain number of times before even the most thick-skulled of sheep realize, oh hey, wait a minute, didn't I just play this last year?

Total Destruction was a hell of a lot of fun for the Wii, and I'd probably play another one if it came out. The problem is innovation, and the fact that a lot of people won't pay for the exact same game stamped out a bunch of times. Though the truth of that statement is up for debate, I guess...

The success of Crackdown indicates to me that people still like games where you smash shit up; so yeah, I think a new Rampage game could work. I'd play it.

I loved that game in many ways, most of which a psychiatrist would probably want to hear. But let's face it, the psychotic glee of stomping around, tossing random passerby into the air and into your mouth was nothing short of pure unadulterated stress relief. I seek to once again reprise my role as a giant lizard.

I enjoyed the original, but I haven't even seen an attempt to keep it alive. Sonic is at least trying...

Yeah man. Good premise, bad execution.

Rampage is a game for mindless destruction of anything and everything around you. There is a market for that. Unfortunately, I cannot see it making a very good conversion to 3D and I cannot imagine another Rampage game being remotely fun.
