As Obamas inauguration approaches I started thinking, could this guy do it again?

This thread is not about what you think of Obama, it is about what you think America will think four years from now. That said, give me your two cents.

This is not about what will certainly happen, this is about what you think will happen. I believe that if he is not assassinated by the end of his first term the economic crash will be to big to stop and it will end up making him look bad preventing him from getting re-elected.

only two opinions are every brought up about this guy:

the Neo-liberal hippie douchebag "everyone exists in fairness" crowd says he's the most awesome human alive because he wiped the faces off of those damned conservatives,
and the Tradition > Invention conservatives have a bleak outlook on Mr. Black's new ideas for the country and shun him because the country is no longer being run by masculine men who know the value of a hard day's work.

However in no way do I wish harm upon this man. Country needs a new face and a new chance lets give him one.

Depends on how he does this term. If by some odd chance he screws up then no he won't and all the dems will be cheering, "Hillary 2016!" If however he does do at least a halfway decent job, lowers national debt, gets us out of Iraq, then yes he'll get re-elected.

I think its usually quite rare for a president not to have a second term. I mean look at Bush the dude sucked dick 3 years in and he still got re-elected. Although it wasn't like John Kerry was all that great of a choice either.

I'd you anything he'll get re-elected. The GOP is going through a lot of change itself and currently doesn't have anyone that could possibly stand up to him. However, while I have a lot of trust in our country's secret service- the chance of assassination is high. Aryan Nations and KKK branches across the U.S. will undoubtedly try to take his life.

To be perfectly honest that wouldn't surprise me either. I mean if you REALLY wanted to kill president and you didn't care if you died trying and you have a sniper rifle I can't really see a way to stop someone. I am not advocating this guys don't flame me.
