It appears that she has suffered a stroke at some point in her life or is afflicted with fetal alcohol syndrome which would explain a lot actually.

I don't think she's weird-looking at all. Really, she's kind of attractive. And a lot of the time, it seems that people are only having a go at how she looks simply because of a certain song of hers.
