Fable 2! Something lots of people were looking foward to until they found out that it was nearly exactly the same as Fable 1. In the tutorial you have to do little odd-jobs to earn money to buy something completely useless. Your sister is killed and you are taken in by the Heroes. You grow up and start to seek your revenge. (sounding familiar yet?) In most aspects of this game I agree with Yahtzee's review. I played as a Good character. Standing up for valor, respect and fairness all around, it was lame. So I created another file, got evil, got corrupt, got fat and started killing all people that moved. Marriage is now optional in this game. However, unlike Yahtzee I know the bonuses of marriage. First of all having kids gets you a quest where kids run off to fight hobbes (evil midgets), and wives will give you gifts which vary in value depending on how rich your wife is (E.G. A hobo might give you something like a piece of moldy celery, while a rich person might give you a gem) but otherwise they just drain money and the only reason I ever marry is to sacrifice them to Heathen gods(possible). I found a cheat which allowed me to get infinite EXP (if someone asks I will post). The game is somewhat on the easy side, because with one good spell you can do enough damage to kill someone or stun them long enough to stab them a few thousand times. If you're a Skill (ranged weapons) Hero, the game is a lot harder, because most enemies close in very quickly, not giving you enough time to shoot and kill them. All in all, a good game, but did not live up to expectations.
