It's about efforts to change the law called COYOTE for Call Off Your Old Tired Ethics law passed in 1976 that effectively make prostitution legal if it is conducted indoors.
And for the first time in my life I have thought about going to Rhode Island for vacation. I am not saying I'll go but the thought suddenly crossed my mind.

Why not just go to vegas and visit the brothels in the surrounding towns? I guess it'll come down to whichever is closer to you, should you decide to actually go. This is very true. I'm local, so you can take my word at face value.

I'm not local anymore, and can't remember for sure- my understanding is that it's not legal within city limits in Vegas.

I don't see anything wrong with prostitution, as long as it does not involve exploitation. (sex-trafficing from poor Eastern European countries such as Albania is a problem in my country)
In fact thats an argument to make it fully legal, so that such problems can be erased out.

I didn't read the article but I'm going to guess that it is on prostitution. Just because one of the chieces is gigity gigity obviously means it has something to do with sex.
