Do you remember this game as a kid? Yes, you do, of course you do. You ring the doorbell and run, watching the confused occupants wonder who rang it.

Sometimes it can get dangerous though, one time and old grouchy man who probably had no fun in his live put a thumb tack on his door bell, I felt that one for days >_>

EDIT: And yes it was called different things in different countries. It was Nicky Nicky 9 doors for me. Amazing how children can create the same games its like we're a civilization of kids.

We called it 'Knock a door - run.'

And yeah, we used to play it. One of my Politics teachers did a large school assembly based around it, though his version was 'Knockey Nine Doors' rather than Nickey Nickey Nine Doors.

How did he get it to stay there, and how in the world did you not see it?

It was called Ding Dong Ditch, but Ding Dong Dash personally sounds better.
I've never done it, but I have warded off kids with a fake camera put up by the door.

It's called "Cherry door knocking" where I live.

EDIT: Seriously Radeonx?! Wow, that's going a bit far!

I come from a Spanish speaking country, and we called it "ring-raje" (pronounced ring-RAH-heh). "Ring" for the sound a doorbell makes, and "raje" is an Argentine slang term for "run away", in the second person imperative.

Where the hell do you live, San Andreas?

OT: I used to do it. Not anymore though. Although my Aunt still seems to have a blast with it >_>
