I'm Playing Magic the Gathering.
Lets say I have 5 green mana.
I tap 4 to play Elvish Piper.
I end my turn.
During my opponents' turn I tap Elvish Piper and the other green land and play Primalcrux.
Is this Legal, or does summoning sickness carry over to your opponents' turn?

Assuming we are talking of Magic: The Gathering?

No, you cannot, unless the creature has haste or whatever the non-summoning-sickness ability is called these days... The creature cannot tap until the upkeep phase of your following turn from the summoning.

Or in other words: You cannot tap the creature until your next upkeep phase, unless specifically stated otherwise in the card.
