Poll: Saints Row 2 Freezes

I have read multiple forums with people saying how Saints Row 2 sometimes crashes (and had it happen to myself 3 times). I have heard of this happening on both the PS3 and the 360 (i have a 360). I think that a certain percentage of discs may have the odd problem, and my friend managed to stop this from happening to him by installing the game on his hard drive. All i want to know is roughly how many people are having this problem.

I've not noticed it. Occasionally my 360 will freeze, but I've not noticed it doing it more on any one game.

Actually SR2 is quite stable but damn slow too on my PC.

I've never had any more than one freeze on the 360, but my brother's lost countless hours to it.

Mine freezes occassionally on online play
On single player I've never had a problem.

Yes, but only after I've had it running for 6+ hours. I usually just restart the console and give it a bit of air and it's fine.

I never had my game freeze. It was nice mainly because I play without saving a lot.

Weirdly, mine tends to freeze when I've played too many missions in a row of a certain gang, or if I go past the 2nd level of the activities.

I’m pretty sure I read some where, could have been here, that Volition had admitted that the freezing issue was something they are aware of but they don’t know what causes it and apart from a full rebuild of the game they cant really fix it.

Or that could have been a dream, either way it happened to me 3 times my whole play through.

I did that. And it still freezes.

I dunno, I had 3 different places during 3 different cutscenes where the game would freeze every time. I just skipped the cutscenes and I managed to continue.

can't say I've ever had a problem with crash or freezes.....now lag spikes when sending an rpg into a 5 car pile up?...yes....

It froze occasionally, but enough that I noticed and that it was a nuisance....
