Poll: Saw: The Game video.

I watched this video of the upcoming Saw video game and it looks very interesting, the last few movies were pretty bad but the gameplay looks like a new, less action-oriented direction for the survival/horror genre. Plus there's always the twist ending to look foward to. Thoughts?

I think it'll be alright on it's on merits, but in my opinion it's kinda the same gameplay style as Heavy Rain, so it has a lot to go up against.

From what I saw, the game looks stupid. Just doesn't appease my tastes, I guess.

The game looks good but I just hope it won't fall in line with the last few movies of the series. The first movie was the only one I enjoyed but the plot twist was too predictable for me. In the end I doubt I'll buy the game but I'm liking the creativity for the puzzles but I'm guessing they will end up running out of ideas and start using the same ones over and over again.

I sort of like them because of the complicated story and timeline, I never like knowing what's going on every second in a movie I like to guess and I hope they bring that to the game. But I'm not into the whole "Torture porn" thing.

But I had no desire to see the Saw movies as I heard they were little more than torture porn. So, I'll probably pass.

Exactly what I was thinking at first. But since this game isn't based off one particular movie in the series, it has alot of freedom to play with. And as Batman: Arkham Asylum proved, that can make it good game. I'm not excited about the Saw game, but maybe a demo will change my mind.
