Ted is my favourite character.

My favorite character is definitely Dr. Cox and my favorite quotes are also his.

For example:

Season 3, Episode 14 'My Screw Up'
Jordan "I want it to be special. I got a petting zoo for the kids and we need to figure out something great for the adults."
Cox "How 'bout a Russian Roulette booth! ...and here's the kicker. We put bullets in all the chambers. That way, everybody wins!"

Even through all the funny moments, and there are a ton, my favorite scene is still the ending to "My Lunch" when Dr. Cox loses all three of his patients to rabies. The genius of this show was always the music and moments that made the characters human.

Anything Dr. Cox says is funny. Same goes for the janitor

This, basically. Dr Kelso and Dr Cox give me the best laughs, although Janitor is fantastic too.

Things like that make the janitor a legend.

Funniest person is Kelso. He's the only guy in that entire dump that's funny no matter what he says.
