I wouldn't do it. Sure, money is nice and all, but I don't want to be any of those types of slaves, and chances are I wouldn't get a nice master. I'll just work for my money in better conditions.

If im a slave, my master can pretty much do anything to me. Even kill me if he/she feels like it.

On the points raised above, 45 billion in the bank over twenty years means a nice retirement fund... besides, most of us are slaves of one sort or another. A slave to tv, to work... yeah, I know - it's figurative, not literal.

Still, I agree - I would trade a third of that money to choose what kind of slave I would be. Then I would want to be just like the slaves in Small Gods. At least they had certain rights.

That said, I would in general prefer to keep my freedom to do as I pleased.

$45 Billion dollars? Hell yes, provided that the money was up front (I don't take IOU's), it would pay for my family's total financial security.

I'd start off with a counter-offer though, $15 Billion to work as a bodyguard slave (no wheel spin, but less money), again money up front... and if I happen to suck at my job then my master ends up dead and I'm free

I'd laugh at him uncontrolably, and then proceed to beat him to within an inch of his life for breaking into my house. I then call the police, and say he tried to kidnap me and make me a slave.
