Poll: serious sam BFE!

I just got off seeing the trailer and I was amazed! I never played the SS games until their HD remix on the XBLA, they blew me away with their simplistic wit and gameplay thats o so pleasing. The over the top horde battles appear to make a return (thank jebus) and the graphics have been given a overhaul. Although I found the HD remix graphics to be stunning anyway (due to enviroment size and amount of foes on screen at once) and given that Duke nukem is gonna be a cash-in more or less I am seriously pumped for this!

OT: Compared to the originals the stuff shown in the trailer seemed a bit dull.

Having played the originals, the HD remakes, and the console/handheld versions, I have to say that this one seems much more dull. Not dull in combat or monster variety, but dull in color palette. I'll still most likely buy it like the obsessive fanboy that I am, but right now it just seems like they watered it down for the 'hardcore' crowd.

Im very much stoked for this. And would recomend this to anyone who loves oldschool Quake style FPS games thats very fast paced and needs skill to play well.

Also gamers who prefer the gameplay of fast paced online FPS and arnt so keen on most slower single player FPS, Might find an nice suprise playing this game and others similar to its ilk (ie Quake 2, Painkiller)

Mouse and Keyboard for this game is almost mandertory
