Unless you are a girl or your skin is made of money choose the rarest of all opportunities, as fun as a night with buddies is it's nothing compared to sex.
I think my situation isn't the worst there is out there : when I organize a role-playing session with friends, the job of the storyteller befalls on me almost every single time, so I couldn't let my dear players down nosepicking while I go chasing down my love interest, unless I want them to crucify me.
On the other hand, I managed to get said love interest interested into my games, so she'd be sure to come and hey, who knows what can happen once the evening is done ? I tend to be a rather persuasive bastard, when I set my mind to it.

If the girl was my perfect girl I would have to go with her but wont have sex since im Christain and blah blah blah, but it is also fun to play D&D with your friends...but if its a stranger I couldnt have sex with them instantly...
Depends on how often I'm getting it, and how often I see that particular group of friends, actually. Right now, I'd go with gaming, because it's hard to get my old campaign group together... but I'm having sex pretty regularly. Three years ago I would have chosen the sex.

If I knew of someone I was remotely romantically interested in and thought that they could tolerate me and my priorities then this might be a closer match but at the moment it's not.

I'll choose the tabletop game with friends, but ONLY because you had to go and specify "of the opposite sex" on the sex option.

1) What type of game are you all playing? Like is it a RISK-style multiplayer or a Stratego-style 1 on 1?
2) How big are you into the tabletop game?
3) How hot is the girl/how much do you love her?
Personally, I'd base it on the third one. If it's a meaningful relationship, pass on the game. If it's just a one night stand, however, let them be.
