Poll: Shampoo, conditioner or both?

I use 1000TH POST!...ahem combined shampoo conditioner, but I can go weeks at a time when I forget to buy anymore.

As a manly man, I don't even know what conditioner is. Is that where you climb to the top of a mountain at the crack of dawn just to wash in a glacial stream? That's what I call conditioning.

Seriously though, I use both- my hair goes quite crazy without both being used.

Yupp, that's conditioner. And we must not forget the shampoo: Climbing down into the mouth of a living volcano, dipping your hair in hot lava and then wash the hair with a huge boulder.

Use both. Long hair needs to be maintained and looked after. else i get a head of split ends, which is just annoying.

I have naturally curly hair, so I shampoo it twice a week, condition it about 3 times a week and the other days I just use water

Too much shampoo can completely dry out curly hair

You have no idea how long it took me to figure that out. I always use to keep my hair short, so when I let it grow out some, I was confused as to why it was so dry.

It only takes like a week to get 500 posts if your being persistent.

I use both. I've never heard of people only using conditioner.....that sounds kinda stupid.

If I can be bothered I'll put shampoo and condish on, but if I'm in me slobber mood I'll use nothing.

There should be a machine that fixes your hair for you every morning.
