Well its 03:40 am right now, and I have to be at 10:00, to help my dad fix our garden. Since I only woke up at about 14:30 should I bother going to sleep? Bearing in mind I also have school starting next week, and my sleeping patterns have left much to be desired. So I thought I would all you people awake right now. I will take my answer from the most popular poll choice at 04:00.

Yes, of course. I'm off to bed soon myself, and I'm in exactly the same situation (except it's a nine o'clock exam Thursday morning, and university, not school).

Set an alarm to get a nice, round 5 hours. Because of REM sleep cycles it'll wake you at a point where you'll feel refreshed and alert.

Hmmm you should probably sleep, while I'm sure you can stay up all night, you'll be exhausted later on and its a ***** being tired during the day :(

I went to school for a fortnight after only getting 5 hours sleep (bed at 2, up at 7) and 1 thing I didn't feel was refreshed and alert.
