I think it would be a pretty good idea. You can expand the community that way, and it would be nice to have the video in case you take your 360 somewhere and want to show the video to someone, or your moving somewhere where you can't have high-speed internet (sadly, yes such places do exist). If you don't think I'm right, try watching one of those videos on a dial-up connection.

Really, I don't think it matters. Let's face it though if it saw even a little bit of success M$ would rape us for 300 M$ points per episode. No one wants to see a whorl where we have to pay for ZP.

Um, can I just say that if ZP was on Xbox Live, these forums would be flooded with people from Live spouting about how Yahtzee is the greatest and everything he says is always right?
And that would be different from the ZP comment threads running now... how, precisely?

As for putting them up on Live (or iTunes) there's an important question; how does the Escapist benefit from that? When the video is shown here, they get ad revenue which pays for things like, say more ZP videos. I'm not saying it can't or shouldn't be done, but you have to answer this question in a reasonable way before it makes sense for Yahtzee or the Escapist to lose that much viewership here.
Microsoft pays for the licenses to put the videos on Xbox Live. They get revenue from people paying for Live subscriptions, and they can charge for the downloads of the videos.
Ah, but the OP specified that the videos be available for free on Live. I don't see that ever happening... I agree it could work as a paid download, like the Red vs. Blue series Roosterteeth made for Live, but not free.

I think that Zero Punctuation should be on Xbox live for download. I think this manly because most of the reveiws are on the 360 anyway. Plus sence the PS3 has an internet browser they can watch it on there TVs. I think it is only fair to download the show for free on Xbox live. Put Unforgoten Realms on there to if they can to. Or on Itunes as a free download.
I don't think Microsoft is going to give us anything for free. Whatever more power to you. Maybe they could give the 360 a browser like the PS3.
It makes sense it goes online...

Question.
Does the Wii let you browse the internet?
yes but you must buy it form the wii store

I can see the benefits of both arguments however it should be noted that MS would take ZP onboard, it's what they do. Above that they would pay for it more than likely and more than The Escapist get in ad spend and then modify the ads on it to meet MS criteria and put it up. They would be unlikely to charge for it when it's free online, RvB is yes available for free however it's low res and rubbish, most of the profit on RvB will have found its way back to Austin for sure ;)

let me put it this way: the Escapist wouldn't allow such a thing to happen, Yahtzee is pretty much this website's strongest asset. If Zero Punctuation were to be put on other, better (cause of bigger screen etc) sources, then Escapist would lose about half of its visiters to the site.
