Counter Strike probably has had the most players and maybe still has the most players and every other FPS out copies its playstyle pretty much.

I've seen this before.
FPS games are pretty basic. You have guns, you shoot people.
Every other FPS is copying CS they are all extremley similar.

All FPS games are similar and one of the first games to really change how matches are done.. with mods and different modes added over the years is Counter Strike.
