Poll: Sim City 4 for PC

I just wandered who still plays this game. And if you do what would be some good ideas on geeting a bigger city. Where would you recommend putting different areas.

I can easily create 200,000-300,000 people in a city but i just keeps falling apart around there. I just needs some ideas.

I used to imitate the city I live in IRL and build city with a large river running through it separating the industrial zone from the residential and commercial areas.

Massive traffic problems.
