M&Ms over skittles hands down. Skittles are disgusting.
But Reeses is the best chocolate treat on the planet, but only in cup form.
Those 'Reeses Pieces' suck. But the cups...oh the cups...So freaking tasty.

I hate skittles. They are crap in a small...shell thing. MnM's kick ass, hard. They are sooooo good, specially MnM's with nuts. Love those.

Now from what I've heard from my American friends, Smarties in the U.S. are something completely different than what they are here in Canada. Here in Canada they're basically a tastier version of M&Ms (i.e. candy-coated chocolate). I believe Smarties in the U.S. are similar to what are called 'rockets' in Canada.

Anyway, I say Canadian Smarties are the greatest choice.
Though I am partial to M&Ms provided they are the ones with peanuts in them
