Poll: Skyrim bugs

for me Enemies in this one quest are showing up as blue skeleton outlines.. almost as if a layer of animation isnt loading. the same goes for their weapons, altho haveing a hollow neon blue sword is pretty cool

Yes, yes, and YES on the PC. I have an excellent PC which can run he game smoothly at ultra settings, so none of it is an issue with my computer. I have issues where if I get off the horse in certain places and it is suddenly dragged or teleported a good 100 feet off- sometimes going over a ledge high enough that when it lands, it dies. During a battle, it got hit by one of the catapults and was sent flying into the air and- same thing, fell 1000 feet and died.

Sometimes spec maps don't load in, or diffuse maps don't, and I am either looking at an overly smooth/shiny surface (that is obviously supposed to be rough/dull, such as cave walls), or I am looking at an ugly purple normal map- this seems to happen a lot.

:::::SPOILER:Just finished the quest at Marcarth that gets you tossed into the mines, and while the Silver-Blood bastard who got me into trouble in the first place took care of the bounty, the instant I went to the shrine of Talos(where they arrested me) to check things out, the guards were still there and they tried to arrest me AGAIN. I resisted arrest so I could check out the dude's corpse- he has some decent items and over 800 septims on him, so I REALLY want to get his stuff- and now the damn guards in Marcarth won't leave me alone at all, even though I didn't kill any of them and don't have a bounty on my head anymore. Seriously, could they not have given me a damn yield option? >.>::::::

Seriously, LOVE the game, but hate all these bugs.

It's probably just a bunch of goofy looking bugs right now. We wont be hearing about the real game-crashers until it's been out for a week or two.

The first game-breaking bug that affects your game more the longer that you play.
I'm fiddling with ways to fix it. Even though I shouldn't have to.

A few UI bugs yes; sometimes clicking on a tab in a shop screen takes me out of the shop screen, and sometimes the wrong dialogue option gets activated.

I also had a freaky bug with a raven that was stuck in a tree. Made some hellish, shrieking noise too.

Also:

My horse's tail caught on fire during the siege of Whiterun and stayed that way -- with a huge flame jetting 15 feet out behind it. It looked like it was farting fire. I'll post a pic when I get home, it was hilarious.

In other words, you had yourself a Rapidash? AWESOME!

there's the now-famous Giant Airways glitch... but thats about it (apart from the occasional broken texture.

and the whole NPCs can do stuff when you're talking? it kind of bugged out, and a guard got slashed to death while i was buying him off.

I've one major bug because one word wall won't tell me the word I hear the music but the wall doesn't highlight the word and so I can't complete the quest.
and a rather amusing one: I saw a breakdancing dragon skeleton

you might not be near enough. you need to get stuck right in there, but enemies can get at your backside.
its kind of like sex.

Today I encountered a very strange glitch.. There was a Dragon flying overhead so I jumped off my horse to engage it and it swooped down and landed infront of me.... And then died on the spot for no reason! Easiest Dragon Soul I ever got

A quest in windhelm wont trigger. I cant bu the house.
Thives guild qust glitched, I cant do the random quests from vex to restore the guild (they are repetative and want them out of the way)
And one time I was swmming, the game launched me foreward after hitting some ice. I ended up glitching between some rocs/ice underwater. I died.

Some folks had corpses ruin their wedding.

O yeah and my TV cant show all the dialouge. Resulting in "you gave me what item ?" and "oh shit its a master lck, ok how any lockpics do I have left... Oh I cant see. Well shit."

I have the exact same problems with the windheim quest and the thieves guild guys, I did the extra thieves guild missions up til the first big one, but after that Vex and Delvin just dont have the option to get more jobs...did it ever get fixed in your game or is it still bugged?

The only bug that is bothering me is the fact that I can't seen for "Favorite" any of my items.

I did rebind my keys... not sure if that's the cause

The instructions say "Press R to drop" and "Press F to Favorite"... but R does nothing (unless I'm missing something)... and my F key is the drop button.

I've tried pressing all the keys to find the right one... but nothing seems to work.

Ahh i had your problem as well, when you re-map your keys it doesn't change them on the inventory screen etc. so to favorite something, you will have to press what ever button you changed "F" (change view) for and the same for dropping items, what ever you changed "Holster weapon" to

So far I've seen people pop-up infront of me out of nowhere, my horse levitating and going around random places in mid-air but the only bug I'm concerned with is that my game seems to have started causing what I'm guessing are memory leaks which makes me have to restart the system, but once I do that it goes away.

I got trapped in Folgunther... One of the doors was supposed to open to let you out when you pulled on a chain... and it didn't...

...I had to restart my fucking game cuz I didn't have any pre-dungeon saves!!!

Still a gret game though...

In two places so far I cannot become thane because in 1. It did not count one of the quests I done as a quest despite doing it all and 2. The quest to help 3 people did not show up so I could do the quests but not become thane for them.

Also a less annoying bug, my horse chooses it's own gravity and I was flying for quite a while.

So far the glitches haven't been...terrible on the 360. The worst I've seen so far is a quest breaking glitch where I came to talk to the final NPC in a LONG quest line and he was dead. The game hadn't realised either, it was just pointing to me to where he should have been, his body was a few feet a way.

I should have more been more pissed off that I was really. Most of the other glitches have just been funny, like one where a mammoth kept flying up into the air and falling till he died.

Playing on Xbox and only one major bug. I once tried to put my sword away and it stayed in my hand, though I wasn't in combat stance. The funny thing is, it still looked normal. So the only glitch I've found so far felt like it could be part of the game.

I'd rather just wait for the "big patch" before I get this. I tried doing all the voodoo with New Vegas and it ens up just making the time I spend with it intolerable. It's one thing if you just need to turn off autosave but when you have to avoid certain areas/quests/characters/items, do things in a specific order, or keep reinstalling the game-data, you're no longer playing the game; the game's playing you.

Two glitches for me. The first was half of a river was invisible so you could not see it but you still swam in it. The other glitch was my character started floating up stairs, did not last long though.
