Been playing Skyrim a lot the past couple of days, but it wasn't until recently I started experiencing slight framerate drops. Over time it has just gotten worse and at the moment the game is hardly playable.
Did a little Google search and found an article about this, and thought I should share it;

Hope they get the patch out there quickly. Need my Skyrim fix!

For additional discussion value: What's your favorite ice-cream flavor? I love skooma myself.

What is Skyrim? I don't know what it is. . .
I prefer Salt Pile Icecream (damn things hard to come by, and no I am not buying it :V )

Hmm, my save is at about 6500 KB, and I haven't experienced any MAJOR framerate problems.
I had some when I first started playing, but I haven't noticed them recently.

What's skyrim, Is it a ps3 exclusive? Not noticed any threads about it, but It's been a while since I was on.

If it's a documented thing though I reckon the developers probably will patch it.

well, my pc saves are roughly 11,000 KB and the whole save folder is 900mb
so if consoles are struggling at 6k..
i have bad news for you.. :S

i hope they fix the console versions, i really want skyrim to be goty
hopefully it will encourage them to build a more stable game next time

i cant imagine them leaving consoles to run at 5 fps.. that's just silly.

also a 'skyrim' is getting a giant club lodged so far up your butt you fly into the sky.
get killed by giants a few times and you'll see what i mean

i did some rooting around, apparently this is a common issue in ps3 development if you dont have a perfect code base

it's an old video, but here goes:
cheack from about 3:05 onward, gabe has a rant about how the multi-threading system in the ps3 makes code development so much harder because it breaks common 'safe' practices
this may not actually be bathesda's fault, it could be a very simple oversight
