I say Xbox 360. Seems to be Bethesda's console of choice what with all the previews being on it. I'm getting it for the 360, too. I have a PC that can run it, but I hate gaming on the thing.
360 would be better than PS3 I'd say, since the former is the system they're building it for. I prefer the 360 controller too, and honestly, that's the most important choice: whatever controller you prefer.
PC will have the most content.
360 will run better.
PS3 will look slightly better.
PC will have problems running, its a port.
360 will have long load times.
PS3 will have the most bugs.
I'd honestly say PS3. I'm a PC gamer first and foremost (I spent a ton of money on a new machine primarily for Skyrim) but I tend to think games look better on the PS3. I own both a 360 and a PS3, so I'm a pretty unbiased source.
360, unless you want a shit port. Any TES game after Morrowind not on 360 is a shit port. The good thing about PC is that you can mod it into a non-shit port. You can't do that on PS3.
360, definitely. I'll be getting it on PC and Xbox 360, 360 because Skyrim was built for the console, and PC because of the better graphics available (I'm NOT being elitist, Todd Howard said that PC would have higher resolutions and better textures) and the mods.
