Female Nord. I never really dabble in magic beyond healing, and tend to focus more on weaponry. I might change this tactic, from looking at the demo and such the magicka system seems to have come in leaps and bounds.

I'm going to stay with weaponry and maybe experiment with the other systems, but i always play Female Nord :)

Altmer. I always play as an Altmer first. I prefer playing as a magic-user, and elves are just awesome in general.

I shall play my female Khajiit character from Oblivion, Ra'Naia Faye. She's a no nonsense stealthy archer who usually weields some form of enchanted short sword or dagger. She occassionally dabbles in restoration or illusion magics too. Awesome.

I might also try out a male Argonian in Skyrim too, they just look too good! They should have some sort of active demoralise effect on all enemies due to how scary they look.

Breton.

I love the magical races but I don't think I'm going to put everything into it. I like having a boost in skills and resistance. I might go for something like a Nightblade or Rogue style of play.

It'll be a toss-up between Redguard, Khajit and Bosmer. I'll probably go for a stealth-illusion-poison kind of build. Torment the foe while whittling down his health.

A Khajit, a bow and arrows is all I ever going to need for my Skyrim, good sirs.

Though I want a Argonian using daggers for sandman kills.

If the magic damage taken increase isn't very much, High elf, sword and magic. Otherwise Nord. Or maybe argonian/Khajit rogue.

Dunmer(Dark Elf) first playthrough. Love being a jack of all trades, even though I generally go for stealth bow/sword, it's always nice knowing you have at least decent stats in magic (If it's even marginally close to Oblivion's starting stats).

After that, probably a Nord warrior or a Breton mage. Always fun to play!
