I prefer cold. I sleep with a window open, a fan on, in my thinnest blanket. I can't sleep in the heat, I sweat too much and wake irritated. At least if it's cold I wont sweat too much.

Cold with double duvet.
It's warm right now so have only a thin sheet, same temperature but I can't wrap myself in it very well and I miss the weight... makes me sleep uneasy :/

I prefer the cold when I go to bed, and the warmth when I wake up.

I'll have to go with cold rooms though, since it seems I tend to come down with colds from sleeping in warm rooms.
