So I was talking to my friend at school who was complaining that his Nintendo Wii no longer worked. Upon being asked why, he proceeded to tell me that his 14 year old brother had pissed all over it while sleepwalking.
Yes, he had gotten out of bed, gone to the living room, pulled down his pants and urinated all over the Nintendo Wii. Who knows what crazy motives made him do this.

So people do crazy things while sleepwalking, there is no doubt in that.
But as this was a particularly funny story I wondered if anyone had any other sleepwalking stories. And if they know why they sleepwalk (or do odd things while sleepwalking).

Worst I can remember personally is waking up after colliding with a glass door. Ow.

That is too hilarious. I wonder if he could be trained to do that to other Nintendo products. On command.

Anyway. My girlfriend talks in her sleep sometimes, but that's about it. She gets very peeved about it too.

Her: *talking about something to do with computers. Loudly*
Me: Nyyyrgg... Wh.. Hun, you're talking in your sleep.
Her: *annoyed huff noise* No, I am NOT!
Me: Yes, you are. Go back to sleep.
Her: *sigh* Oh, alright then.
..
*snore*
Me: *headpillow*

Sleepwalkers are crafty. I had a friend who had a severe sleepwalking problem and asked me to keep an eye on him so he didn't sneak out and wander around in the streets. Cue montage.

Sounds like a good idea... a trained sleep-nintendo-destroyer.

My girlfriend talks in her sleep as well... However she can't have conversations. She just says random stuff until woken up.

I've never sleepwalked, and my ex girlfriend said that she only ever heard me talk in my sleep, but that was gibberish and I had a fever...

I don't sleepwalk, but my brother has. Once, when I was sleeping in the same room as him, he urinated over me. Not a nice thing to be woken up by.

My friend was sleepwalking once; he got out of bed, went to the pantry and started eating teabags.
That can't be true?

No I don't but I have witnessed it before. I was sleeping over at a friends house and we had just finshed playing portal and we were going to bed (separate beds by the way incase you get some twisted thoughts. I was made to sleep on a mattress on the floor about two or three feet away from him) It was about 2 in the morning when all of a sudden I heard my friend get up and walk over to a poster in his room (I forgot what the poster was of) He then grabbed his toy star wars blaster and started shouting in front of the wall "Blasted fucking portal gun ain't working god dammit piece of crap this game is fucking glitched."

Needless to say my laughing was loud enough to wake him up.

I sleep talk and sleep walk. I once had a conversation with my sister about dinosaurs when I was fully asleep.

As for sleep walking, I fell asleep and woke up in my garage once.

Fun times... even though I don't remember them. :]

I'm practically crying with laughter at all of these.... So glad I don't sleep walk, though I did once remember being woken after having a fairly surreal conversation about pyjamas, and being told that I was sleep talking.

My brother once sleep walked downstairs and started shouting like he does at halo, and everyone woke up thinking he'd caught someone breaking in. I've also heard him randomly shout out 'Ketchup' in the middle of the night.

Very strange.

I sleepwalk and sleep talk. Mostly mumbles. But in my sleep I normally turn off my alarms. Even when I put them across the other side of the room. I also went downstairs to cook bacon once. Until my dad came down and stopped me.

I sometimes sleep talk, but never a conversation or anything, just random words to do with my dreams. Although my friend used to sleep walk. I was staying round her house once and she got out of bed, went downstairs, found a pen and wrote on her arm 'Street, I've told you, you can't eat paint with chopsticks!'
(We have a friend nicknamed Street.)

I don't sleepwalk but I have a story.

I was at a place called natures classroom with my grade and we all had to sleep in bunkbeds. So a friend of mine was on the top bunck and he started sleepwalking, he proceeded to get up, hit his head on the celling and then fall off the bunk, breaking the sidebar made to keep you on. Everyone wakes up to a big thump as he hit the ground, and since he was going to pee, he almost pissed his pants, it was halarios.
